If you’ve never been to Spain before and have not read or heard about the country in any great detail, you could be forgiven for stereotyping it as very laid back Latin country with golden beaches; a place where brave matadors fight bulls in front of cheering crowds; women named Maria dance flamenco to the sound their father’s classical guitar; people drink sangria and wine long into the night, snacking on tapas between sips and then making up sleep during their regular afternoon siesta!
